Assistance with Obtaining Skills Assessment.
Applicants pursuing certain skilled visa pathways may be required to obtain skills assessments to show that their experience meets the relevant occupation’s skill level for Australian migration. Ruppert Legal has experience in applying for various skills assessments including, but not limited to, those undertaken through VETASSESS, AMS and TRA.

For sponsorship applications, Ruppert Legal can assist applicants with their business sponsorships for the temporary and permanent skilled stream visa options. Ruppert Legal also provides family sponsorship options under the Partner, Parent and Child visa streams.
Appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
If your visa is refused or cancelled, you might be able to have the decision reviewed by a merits review tribunal called the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The AAT is an independent organisation that reviews government decisions. Ruppert Legal can assist you with a notice of intention to cancel your visa, as well as an appeal to the AAT if your visa gets cancelled or has been refused.
