Personalised Service for Individuals and Businesses

We offer a range of services ranging from Initial Consultations and Letters of Advice, support with Skills Assessments, end-to-end management of the Visa and Sponsorship application process, as well as advice and representation at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), formerly the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for appeals against decisions.

Consultation and Written Advice

Whether in person or remotely via an online meeting, an Initial Consultation is the first step in starting your migration journey. It may be either a brief overview and general discussion, or it may be a detailed consultation followed by a written Letter of Advice. Alternatively, if your personal situation requires urgent assistance then a consultation and our advice can be provided within a short turn-around time for an additional fee.

Visa Decision Appeals

If your visa is refused or cancelled, you might be able to have the decision reviewed by a merits review tribunal called the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), formerly the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Ruppert Legal can assist with an assessment of your situation, preparation of an application for review, and/or represent you at a Tribunal hearing.
