Pro Bono Eligibility Criteria

Ruppert Legal offers a very limited self-funded pro bono service

We support victims of Domestic Family Violence (DFV) perpetrated by the visa sponsor, under the Family Violence Provisions (FVPs) for the following visa streams:

  • Prospective Marriage (subclass 300) visa

  • Temporary Partner (subclass 820) visa

  • Provisional Partner (subclass 309) visa

  • Dependent Child (subclass 445) visa

The service also extends to secondary applicants who have experienced DFV perpetrated by the main applicant for the following visa streams:

  • Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) visa

  • Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 187) visa

  • Skilled – Independent (subclass 189) visa

  • Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visa

  • Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) (subclass 191) visa

  • Distinguished Talent visa (subclass 858) visa​

  • Skilled - Regional (subclass 887) visa
