Visa Decision Appeals

If your visa is refused or cancelled, you might be able to have the decision reviewed by a merits review tribunal called the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), formerly the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

The ART is an independent organisation that reviews Government decisions, and Ruppert Legal can assist with an assessment of your situation, preparation of an application for review, or representation of you at a Tribunal Hearing.

If you received a Notice of Intention to Cancel your visa, or wish to appeal to the ART if your visa gets cancelled or has been refused, then contact us to discuss the best course of action for your particular circumstances.
