Biography
Qualifications
Aselle completed the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice at the University of Technology Sydney and is currently in the final stages of completing the Capstone Assessment to qualify as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA). She has completed a Master of Laws at the University College London and a Bachelor of Laws, Kazakhstan State Law University, bringing a deep knowledge of international law qualifications to Ruppert Legal.
Experience
Aselle has extensive corporate experience having practised as a Tax Manager for over six years before embarking on an international law career, practising as an Associate for seven years in Kazakhstan with global law firms Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Dechert LLP. Aselle advised and represented corporate clients across a wide range of practice areas including corporate tax, foreign investment, customs law, and dispute resolution to name a few.
Joining us as a Paralegal, Aselle adds a new dimension to her existing experience and practice, by acting as a primary contact for individuals and corporate clients, navigating temporary and permanent visa solutions. She is committed to providing ethical professional services with integrity and with clients’ interests at heart.
Personal Interests
Aselle loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys bushwalking, having a dip in the ocean, skiing and ice skating. Reading, listening to podcasts or watching a movie are also some of Aselle’s favourite pastimes.
